Godox have released the TT350S Speedlite for Sony, a TTL enabled mini flash unit mainly aimed at compact Sony Alpha mirrorless cameras.
While still providing HSS to 1/8000s, and full 2.4GHz Godox X System radio Master and Slave modes built inside.
The small TT350S are powered by just 2 AA batteries, and provide a guide number of 36 meters (ISO 100, @105mm).
Recycle times are from approximately 0.1 – 2.2 seconds, and provide up to 210 full power pops per battery charge.
While no powerhouse, the TT350 provide a convenient on-camera TTL and Manual flash, while also providing full 2.4GHz Godox X System radio Master and Slave modes.
A TT350S speedlite mounted on the camera hotshoe can control other remote TT350S flashes off camera, as well as a whole ecosystem of Godox’s larger portable and studio strobes. With a radio range of approximately 30 meters.
Or a Godox transmitter unit like the X1T-S can be used on camera to control the remote TT350S, alongside Godox’s ever expanding range of 2.4GHz enabled strobes, from up to 100 meters away.
