RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All goods sold and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE, RETURNABLE, EXCHANGABLE without prior written approval. For returns & exchange, please send us an email
RETURNS (APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY)
Studio Zaloon return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Received date is the date the parcel is delivered, as shown on express courier tracking system.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Wear and tear goods such as filter, cleaning tools, chemical and film cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Pre-order items are specially ordered for customer. Pre-order items are not entitled for return or refund.
Clearance items are not entitled for return or refund.
Gift items that comes with the purchase items are not entitled for return or refund.
EXCHANGES (APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY)
Defective or damaged items are entitled for one-to-one exchange. Exchange item will only be shipped out once return items receive.
Exchange item out of stock
In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, another similar product will be recommended to customer. If customer do not wish to exchange, full refund will be given.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For returns, customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. As such shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchange due to defective or damaged, Studio Zaloon will reimburse the shipping costs in full.
Studio Zaloon take no responsibility in the event of lost or further damage results from return shipment. Please send back using any local courier service (Poslaju, GD Express). Studio Zaloon only reimburse local courier shipping costs. Studio Zaloon does not reimburse international courier (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS) shipping costs.
