🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Returns (Online Purchase Only)

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Consumables and wear-and-tear goods (filters, cleaning tools, chemicals, film) cannot be returned.

Pre-order, clearance, and gift items are not returnable or refundable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (Online Purchase Only)

Defective or damaged items are eligible for one-to-one exchange.

Exchange items are shipped only after the return is received.

If the replacement item is out of stock, a similar product may be offered, or a full refund will be given if the customer declines.
Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a few days.

If a refund hasn’t appeared yet, check with your bank or credit card company, then contact Studio Zaloon if still unresolved.
🔹Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (non-refundable), except for defective or damaged items.

For defective or damaged items, Studio Zaloon will reimburse local courier shipping costs only (PosLaju, GD Express, or equivalent local services).

Studio Zaloon does not reimburse international courier shipping costs (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS).

Studio Zaloon is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
