📦 Shipping Policy

Shipping/Delivery is not free. Customers pay based on the courier and delivery method chosen at checkout.
We offer multiple shipping options, including PosLaju, Lalamove, Grab, etc., and the price will update according to your selection.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Orders confirmed before 2PM Malaysia time are shipped same day, otherwise next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. Shipment to rural areas or islands in Sabah & Sarawak may take an additional 1–2 business days.
A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your parcel is shipped.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.

Pre-order items are imported and may take up to one month or longer depending on stock availability.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:
- In-stock items will ship next business day; pre-order items will ship once stock is available.
- Customers can choose to pay shipping to ship in-stock items separately; otherwise, we will wait to ship all together.
